1. Scan duly signed registration form (Generate .pdf document)
2. Scan duly signed copyrights form (Generate .pdf document)

STEP 4 : GOOGLE FORM
LIST OF ATTACHMENTS:
Fill the google form link with scanned copies of duly signed registration form, copyrights form, payment proof and camera ready paper.
